Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SimplyTalk ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, PsyberEdge Strategies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use SimplyTalk on a single computer. The license key is bound to one machine identifier upon activation.

3. Free Trial

SimplyTalk includes a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, the push-to-talk hotkey is disabled until a valid license key is activated. No credit card is required for the trial.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Share your license key with others.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

SimplyTalk, its code, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of PsyberEdge Strategies. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SimplyTalk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PsyberEdge Strategies makes no guarantees regarding accuracy of transcription, compatibility with all applications, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PsyberEdge Strategies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Updates

PsyberEdge Strategies may release updates to the Software at its discretion. Bug fixes and security patches are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the purchased version. Major version upgrades (e.g., SimplyTalk 2.0) may be offered as a separate purchase at a discounted rate for existing license holders.

9. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
