We stand behind SimplyTalk. If the software does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Email support@simplytalk.app with your order confirmation or license key. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You may continue using the free trial if it has not expired, but the full license will no longer be valid.
SimplyTalk includes a 7-day free trial with all features enabled. We encourage you to use the trial before purchasing to confirm the software works well for your needs.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all situations.
